This report summarizes the investigative and forensic analysis of a video recording associated with MUFON Case No. 142206. The video was discovered by the witness in December 2021 while reviewing media files stored on his Samsung Galaxy S21 cellphone. The witness reported having no conscious recollection of recording the footage, however he was able to recall portions of the event through several hypnotherapy sessions with Yvonne Smith and Dr. Thomas Beck.

This was what happened to Staff Sargeant Jim Penniston on December 26^th of 1980. He is now a retired United States Air Force security policeman but, on that date, he played a significant role in the famous Rendlesham Forest UAP Incident in December of 1980.

A February 19, 2026, White House announcement promising the release of secret government UFO information has led to a lot of discussions about what it means, including whether this is the beginning of “Big D” disclosure, an official confirmation that there exist technologically advanced non-human species that are responsible for some of the mysterious objects and phenomena that have been seen not only in the U.S., but also around the world.

The President of the United States recently made a proclamation stating in part:

“I will be directing the Secretary of War and other relevant Departments and Agencies to begin the process of identifying and releasing Government files related to alien and extraterrestrial life, unidentified aerial phenomena (UAP), and unidentified flying objects (UFOs), and any and all other information connected to these highly complex, but extremely interesting and important, matters.”

Denver, CO, March 2, 2026 -- Recent reporting indicates that the Trump White House has taken an unusually direct role in pushing for expanded congressional access to long‑restricted UFO and UAP–related facilities. According to Missouri Congressman Eric Burlison, the administration has explicitly instructed the Department of Defense to cooperate with lawmakers seeking entry to sites historically associated with UFO programs.

Let’s start with our universe. Current astronomical estimates suggest that our galaxy alone may contain up to 200 billion planets. Of those, roughly 60 billion are thought to be in what scientists call the habitable zone—The regions where liquid water could potentially exist on the surface. And even that definition is conservative, because it assumes life must resemble us chemically. Scientists openly acknowledge that there may be forms of life we haven’t yet discovered or don’t yet understand.

Across government documents, insider claims, and long-term witness reports, no single unified agenda emerges. Instead, the material points to multiple nonhuman groups, possibly with different goals, and hints at long-term presence, infrastructure, and even tacit accommodation by human authorities.

Here are several modes of reasoning worth considering when weighing the impact of this groundbreaking documentary. Few of them are likely to please anyone.

Just a few months ago, I completed my 20^th documentary production. It’s called “The Psychic Phenomenon,” and it’s been generating a great deal of interest about my career and my experiences since its debut on Amazon in August.

This past summer, I spent twelve days touring Ireland with my friend, Jennifer. We had always wanted to go there, as we are of Irish descent. I’m also a UAP/NHI experiencer, so I made sure that prior to our 10-day bus tour, I would add a day trip to the megaliths Knowth and Newgrange, 5000-year-old ancient tombs and astronomical sites which resemble landed flying saucers.
