Film Review by Ben Emlyn-Jones
Jonathan Womack is a film maker who has produced a new movie called Ancient Architects of Orion. These days there are many documentaries that begin with the word "ancient..." in their title and are followed by something else. Most of them are pretty good so I was keen to watch this one. UAP Photo Of The Week
The UAP Photo of the Week comes to The WOW! Signal from the Ancient Aliens Facebook page and allegedly depicts the 1941 Cape Girardeau UFO Incident aka America’s Forgotten Roswell. Six years before the famous Roswell Incident, another alleged UFO crash reportedly took place—this time in the quiet town of Cape Girardeau. Known today as the 1941 Cape Girardeau UFO incident, the story has become one of the most mysterious and controversial cases in American UFO lore.
According to accounts that surfaced decades later, sometime in the spring of 1941, local authorities allegedly contacted a minister to come to a rural crash site outside Cape Girardeau to pray over what they described as “three small bodies.” The minister was reportedly shocked to discover that the bodies were not human—but small, humanoid figures with large heads, thin bodies, and strange features unlike anything he had ever seen. The crash site, witnesses claimed, contained a metallic disc-shaped craft embedded in the ground. Military personnel quickly arrived, sealed off the area, and removed both the craft and the bodies. Photographs were allegedly taken, including one showing the minister standing near one of the small beings. That photograph has never been publicly produced, adding to the mystery.
The story remained largely unknown until the late 20th century, when researcher Leo Stringfield and later investigator Stanton Friedman helped bring attention to it. The account mainly comes from the minister’s granddaughter, who said her grandmother privately shared the story for years before her death. No official government documents have confirmed the incident, and no physical evidence has ever surfaced.
