Refund Policy for The WOW! Signal News Service

Starting March 10, 2025

Overview

The WOW! Signal News Service will refund and return Customer fees spent on WOW! Signal services within 30 days of receipt of a written request for such a refund. Requests for refunds must be made via Email:  Editor@TheWowSignal.News

If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

Refunds will be granted to WOW! Signal customers IF those customers have realized their Press Release Posting on the WOW! Signal News website is:

** Faulty

** Incorrect

** Illegal or legally problematic

** Makes an entirely wrong claim of some kind

** Is harmful to others

** The veracity of the posted news has been challenged by another party as being wrong, harmful, problematic or contains non-approved, copywritten information, photos and/or videos.

To be eligible for a refund, your email must include WHY you feel the Press Release that you have previously posted to The WOW! Signal’s “Post Your Press Release Here” section of its website must be deleted and the fees paid for such must be returned.

Refunds

Once your Emailed Request for a Refund is received and approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 30 days. OR, you will receive a special PROMO CODE for a FREE posting of a future press release equal in fee to the original, problematic posting.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund after 30 days of sending in an email request, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
