Refund Policy for The WOW! Signal News Service

Starting March 30, 2026

Overview

Since The WOW! Signal News is a service that can be purchased in one-month-at-a-time increments, the owners will not refund or return Subscriber monies spent on WOW! Signal subscriptions that are requested less than 30 days from the start of that subscription.

Refunds will be granted to WOW! Signal Subscriber customers ONLY IF those customers have submitted in writing to: editor@thewowsignal.news – proof of:

** Financial Hardship

** Severe Illness 

** Death of Subscriber 

Refunds

Once a Subscriber, or their Advocate, has Emailed us a Request for a Refund, and that request has been received and approved, the Subscriber’s refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to their credit card or original method of payment, within 30 days. 

Late or missing refunds

If that Subscriber or Advocate has not received a refund after 30 days of sending in an email request, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Updating of this Refund Policy

The owners of Different Drum Media, Inc., and The WOW! Signal News service retain the right to update this Customer Refund Policy from time to time. We encourage you to check back periodically to review this Refund Policy for any changes since your last visit.
