It was a sunny, cool afternoon Fall day in Northern California on the entire stretch of the popular 80 East highway.  As usual, I was blazing alon,g driving my wife's VW Jetta at 80 mph, living my best life in the fast lane.  My mission?  Commute from San Francisco to Sacramento to meet my wife on family business.

In 2006 at Mt. Shasta, California, I had an experience that changed the course of my life onto an exciting and unique path I had never expected to take.
 
A group of dozens of people gathered in a clearing at the foot of Mt. Shasta. There we meditated and used our consciousness to invite Extra-Terrestrial Beings to visit us via their Star Craft in the skies and/or in some form on the ground among our group.

During this month of October 2025, The People’s Disclosure Movement (PDM) joyfully celebrates its 15th birthday.  Additionally, the Global CE-5 Initiative, which is but one part of the PDM, also begins its 16th year of making CE-5 human-initiated, interactive contact with Star People who are visiting on and near our Earth.

According to my Star Friends in 2019, “We the People” achieved official Disclosure of the UAP/ET Presence which has long been interacting with Earth, through contact with a group I lead called The People’s Disclosure Movement.

Say what?

The event was described by the Star People as an Experiencers’ grassroots-powered CE-5 tipping point - a point after which no government or other institutional authority could ever again cover up the presence of Galactic Civilizations on or near our Earth.

The Star People joyously likened our People’s Disclosure Movement’s 2019 Disclosure event as a snowball rolling downhill that cannot be stopped.

That Oct. 10, 2023, Tuesday afternoon in the California desert at Joshua Tree during our ETLetsTalk retreat week was hot, but comfortable, as our group members seated themselves outside in the shade of an old-time western saloon. The building was a prop that was part of the rented property where we were hosting our six-day CE-5 ET contact retreat.

Our attendees were sharing stories of their ET/Star People contact experiences from the night before.

That particular ETLetsTalk retreat week was meant to be a routine of afternoon psychic development classes, sharing of experiences, group camaraderie, and hopefully ET contact in the evenings.  Business and fun as usual!

At that time, at an altitude of about 6000-ish feet on the slopes of Mt. Shasta in Northern California, the night sky was completely cloudy with a light drizzle all around us.Our large CE-5 group had gathered in our usual meditation circle in
order to initiate contact with Star People -- if at all possible -- on that cold, weather-challenged night.

There we were, 40+ of us for an entire week, meditating in a circle in a clearing surrounded by forest at the foot of majestic, 14,179-ft. Mt. Shasta in Northern California.
