Terms of Service “TOS” for The WOW! Signal News Service

Starting March 10, 2025:

GENERAL

Entire Agreement. The TOS constitutes the entire agreement between you and The WOW! Signal News Service and governs your use of the Service, superseding any prior agreements between you and The WOW! Signal with respect to the Service. You also may be subject to additional terms and conditions that may apply when you use or purchase certain other WOW! Signal services, affiliate services, third-party content, or third-party software.

When you choose to use The WOW! Signal News service (the “Service”), you are agreeing to all of the terms and conditions of this Agreement between you and The WOW! Signal.

The WOW! Signal may change, add or remove portions of this Agreement at any time, but if it does so, it will post such changes on the Service.

YOUR CONTINUED USE OF THE SERVICE NOW, OR FOLLOWING THE POSTING OF NOTICE OF ANY CHANGES IN THESE OPERATING RULES, WILL INDICATE ACCEPTANCE BY YOU OF SUCH RULES, CHANGES, OR MODIFICATIONS.

The WOW! Signal may change, suspend or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time, including the availability of any Service feature, database, or content. The WOW! Signal may also impose limits on certain features and services or restrict your access to parts or all of the Service without notice or liability.

ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

Different Drum Media, Inc. (dba as The WOW! Signal News Service) is the owner of The WOW! Signal News Service. Different Drum provides its service to you, subject to the following Terms of Service (“TOS”), which may be updated by us from time to time without notice to you. You can review the most current version of the TOS at any time online. In addition, when using particular Different Drum Media, Inc. owned or operated services, you and Different Drum Media shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services which may be posted from time to time. All such guidelines or rules (including but not limited to our Spam Policy) are hereby incorporated by reference into the TOS. Different Drum Media, Inc., may also offer other services that are governed by different Terms of Service.

DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE

The WOW! Signal News Service provides users with access to a collection of resources, including news, information, research, classifieds, and forums which may be accessed online now known or hereafter developed (the “Service”). You also understand and agree that the Service may include advertisements and that these advertisements are necessary for The WOW! Signal News to provide the Service. You also understand and agree that the Service may include certain communications from The WOW! Signal News, such as service announcements and administrative messages and that these communications are considered part of The WOW! Signal News Service experience.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, any new features that augment or enhance the current Service, including the release of new WOW! Signal products, shall be subject to this TOS. You understand and agree that the Service is provided “AS-IS” and that the WOW! Signal News Service assumes no responsibility for the timeliness, deletion, reliance upon information provided, or posting of other user’s information. You are responsible for obtaining access to the Service and that access may involve third party fees (such as Internet service provider or airtime charges). You are responsible for those fees, including those fees associated with the display or delivery of advertisements. In addition, you must provide and are responsible for all equipment necessary to access the Service.

YOUR REGISTRATION OBLIGATIONS

In consideration of your use of the Service, you represent that you are of legal age to form a binding contract and are not a person barred from receiving services under the laws of the United States or other applicable jurisdictions including International Countries other than the U.S. You also agree to: (a) provide true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself as prompted by the Service’s registration form (such information being the “Registration Data”) and (b) maintain and promptly update the Registration Data to keep it true, accurate, current and complete. If you provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, or The WOW! Signal News Service has reasonable grounds to suspect that such information is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, The WOW! Signal News has the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any and all current or future use of the Service (or any portion thereof).

Different Drum Media, Inc., and The WOW! Signal News Service are concerned about the safety and privacy of all its users. For this reason, The WOW! Signal News reserves the right to revoke the Service at any time with reasonable suspicion of abuse. Please see Member Conduct for acceptable reasons of suspicion of abuse.
