Recognizing the global nature of the Internet, you agree to comply with all local rules regarding online conduct and acceptable Content. Specifically, you agree to comply with all applicable laws regarding the transmission of technical data exported from the United States or the country in which you reside.

CONTENT

  1. The contents of The WOW! Signal News Service are intended for your personal, noncommercial use. All materials published on the Service (including, but not limited to news articles, photographs, images, illustrations, audio clips and video clips, also known as the “Content”) are protected by copyright, and owned or controlled by The WOW! Signal or the party credited as the provider of the Content. You shall abide by all additional copyright notices, information, or restrictions contained in any Content accessed through the Service.

  2. The Service and its Contents are protected by copyright pursuant to U.S. and international copyright laws. You may not modify, publish, transmit, participate in the transfer or sale of, reproduce (except as provided in this Section 2), create new works from, distribute, perform, display, or in any way exploit, any of the Content or the Service in whole or in part.

  3. Copying or storing of any Content for other than personal use is expressly prohibited without prior written permission from The WOW! Signal News Service and the owners of Different Drum Media, Inc.

  4. The Service may contain Content created by the Associated Press. Associated Press text, photo, graphic, audio and/or video material shall not be published, broadcast, rewritten for broadcast or publication or redistributed directly or indirectly in any medium. Neither these AP materials nor any portion thereof may be stored in a computer except for personal and non-commercial use.  Users may not download or reproduce a substantial portion of the AP material found on this web site.  AP will not be held liable for any delays, inaccuracies, errors or omissions therefrom or in the transmission or delivery of all or any part thereof or for any damages arising from any of the foregoing.
