Don’t Cross The River

Use The Farce By Ron James

May 2025

There’s an old story about a crocodile giving a frog a ride across a river.

After a few trips, the frog begins to trust the crocodile.

Then one day, the crocodile turns on him and has him for lunch.

The surprised frog is told, “Well, what did you expect? I’m a crocodile.”

We’re surrounded by crocodiles in the UFO field. Often, they disguise themselves as other things. This includes folks presenting as people who seem sympathetic to our cause and genuinely interested in our friendship.

The recent history of UFOlogy, disclosure, and government whistleblowers looks a lot like the older history of UFOlogy, disclosure, and government whistleblowers.

Of the many patterns that emerge, one of them is this: limited, unverifiable disclosures from people who’d tell us everything... but then they’d have to kill us.

Sometimes, things get a little out of control. Regular people start connecting the dots.

When that happens, more information than is deemed “safe” begins leaking into the mainstream conversation.

They can’t have that. The spooky version of disclosure must be tightly controlled by unseen forces in ways that prevent unauthorized truths from being discovered—or proven.

So, whenever the conversation gets a little ahead of its skis, one tried-and-true strategy is to kneecap the entire movement.

Maybe it's another bogus group, like the Robertson Panel 2.0, but now it’s called "AARO."

Or maybe - just maybe - it’s UFOlogy's best friend, Lue Elizondo, reaching deep into his treasure trove of what we’d hoped were exclusive insider images, case reports, and vast government connections to bring us...

A reflection of a chandelier in a window.

A pair of irrigation circles in flyover country.

These are the kinds of mistake none of us can afford to make but many of us have. Frankly, I’ve made it. I once held up an image during a podcast that was quickly debunked by the Internet piranhas, who then proceeded to eat me alive.

But I’m not that guy - the one many of us trusted to at least somewhat have our backs.

This whole scenario brings us right back to the frog and the crocodile.

Although many will debate my point of view, I believe that everything we’ve seen since 2017, every government-affiliated insider who has come forward, has been told what to say and when to say it.

That includes anyone who still has to vet their story through the DoD.

That includes the odd collection of folks who loudly call for genuine whistleblowers... while never quite being one themselves.

It’s never been my intention to denigrate Lue Elizondo or anyone else in this arena.

But let’s all remember this: Being a sworn member of the intelligence community is a lifelong commitment.

It means doing what you're told and saying what you’re told to say.

All of these guys signed up for that. Call it admirable, call it corrupt. But it is what it is. And we should never forget that as we watch this drama unfold.

The fact is, during a civilian-led briefing broadcast worldwide, with the support of multiple sitting members of Congress and some of the biggest names in the field, Lue, on May 1st, somehow found it appropriate to hold up a completely bogus image.

You really have to ask yourself: Why?

Or do you?

In my opinion, he did it because he was told to do it.

Is anyone really surprised?
