Congressman Eric Burison, who is now in charge of the UFO issue in the House Oversight Committee’s Task Force on Declassification of Federal Secrets, has announced he’s introducing a new standalone bill soon. And increasingly citizens are stepping forward to advance UFO and UAP disclosure ourselves. In just the past week, we’ve seen dramatic examples of what this emerging wave of citizen-initiated disclosure looks like.
Sometimes “disclosure” comes from the most unexpected places. During his most-recent episode of the “Joe Rogan Experience,” Joe Rogan opened his show by describing a vivid and unsettling dream that left him deeply moved. As many in the experiencer community are aware, reports of non-human intelligence (NHI) contacts relate sometimes to powerful dream-like encounters. This dream experience often feels entirely mental, while at other times witnesses sense an actual physical E.T. presence in the room. Rogan’s account displays many of the hallmarks of a classic E.T. encounter and serves as a fascinating moment of mainstream-focus on this phenomenon.

LACATSKI INTERVIEW REVEALS LONGTIME U.S. UFO COVERUP
Part 2 of the Weaponized podcast’s exclusive interview with Dr. Jim Lacatski is one of the most revealing conversations yet about the U.S. government’s historic involvement with UFO/UAP research.
As noted in last week’s newsletter, Dr. Lacatski, the former Director of the Advanced Aerospace Weapon System Applications Program (AAWSAP), is in a position to know more secrets than most. In this interview, he asserts that his series of books, each reviewed and cleared by the Defense Office of Prepublication and Security Review (DOPSR), represents his official version of disclosure. These works, he said, stand as his authorized contribution to the record of what the U.S. government has uncovered about UFOs/UAP.
The discussion is wide-ranging and covers many topics. One particularly notable point is Lacatski’s confirmation of UFO/UAP activity related to nuclear bases and nuclear testing. I found it interesting when Jeremy Corbell pressed Lacatski about whether electromagnetic pulses (EMPs) could explain missile shutdown incidents, an idea floated in a Wall Street Journal article. Lacatski firmly stated that, in his view, such an explanation is “highly unlikely.”

Los Alamos and Sandia (1948–50): Luminous objects repeatedly tracked over atomic labs.
Hanford and Oak Ridge (1952): Radar and visual sightings prompted interceptor scrambles.
Vandenberg Big Sur (1964): Film crew claimed a disc fired beams at a test re-entry vehicle.
Malmstrom AFB (1967): Ten Minuteman missiles shut down as a bright object hovered overhead.
Ukraine Silo Incident (1982): Missiles briefly entered launch sequence during a disc overflight.
Palo Verde Nuclear Plant, Arizona (2019): Unidentified drone swarm persisted inside protected airspace.
From the late 1940s onward, U.S. security agencies documented and escalated responses to these intrusions around critical atomic infrastructure. Now, with Dr. Lacatski’s confirmation that his team studied this connection directly during his time as AAWSAP Director, this issue once again takes center stage in the ongoing disclosure dialogue.

Their dedication has even drawn requests for their data from the FBI, highlighting how citizen researchers are increasingly shaping the field.
These citizens’ stories - and the action being taken by Congressman Burlison - demonstrate that serious, transparent UFO/UAP research and investigation does not have to wait for Executive Branch approval. It can take place through committed individuals asking the right questions - and courageous legislators.
