News from The New Paradigm Institute: New Developments Regarding The Majestic 12 Documents
Washington, D.C., March 9, 2026 -- The Majestic 12 documents remain among the most debated materials in UFO/UAP history. First made public in the 1980s, these alleged classified papers claim that President Harry Truman authorized the creation of a secret oversight committee in 1947 to manage the recovery and study of extraterrestrial technology following the Roswell incident.

According to the documents, this committee, referred to as Majestic 12, oversaw the retrieval of crashed craft and biological entities and supervised long-term reverse engineering efforts within deeply compartmentalized Special Access Programs. The papers list prominent figures such as James Forrestal, Vannevar Bush, Allen Dulles, and Admiral Roscoe Hillenkoetter as being among the group’s alleged members.
The documents surfaced in 1984 when television producer Jaime Shandera received an undeveloped film anonymously containing photographs of briefing papers. Working with researcher William Moore and physicist Stanton Friedman, the materials were analyzed and publicly announced in 1987. Both the Air Force Office of Special Investigations and later the FBI reviewed the documents and concluded they were likely fabricated, citing formatting inconsistencies, classification anomalies, chronological errors, and signature irregularities.
For decades, the UFO research community has remained divided over their authenticity.
Now, a researcher going by the name MJ12 Logic reports a new data point. In a recent Substack article, he claims that certain document identifiers appearing on Majestic papers match routing and registry numbers found in recently declassified CIA files on Operation Paperclip accessed through the agency’s FOIA portal. While this discovery does not confirm that Majestic 12 was a genuine operating committee, it does raise fresh questions about whether the documents can be dismissed as a simple 1980s hoax.
I encourage you to review MJ12 Logic’s full analysis.
See me at South By Southwest
I am pleased to announce that I will be speaking live on March 17 from 4:00 to 5:00 PM at the Hilton Austin Downtown in Salon C.
My presentation, hosted by SpectreVision Radio, called “Childhood’s End: Speculation On A Post Disclosure World,” will explore the legal, cultural, and spiritual implications of a world after official disclosure. What changes when the extraordinary becomes acknowledged reality? How do governments, religious institutions, financial systems, and global markets respond? And perhaps most importantly, how does our understanding of human identity evolve once we fully accept we are not alone?
The session will be moderated by SpectreVision Radio Director Daniel Noah. I look forward to a thoughtful and forward-looking conversation and hope to see you there.
President Trump’s renewed interest in releasing UFO/UAP files has accelerated the national conversation and pushed the UFO topic well beyond traditional channels. Awareness is growing regarding how deeply compartmentalized this information has been within the federal government. In a recent interview, Senator John Kennedy (R-LA) stated that he is not sure everything known about UFOs/UAP has been communicated, even to the presidents. That type of remark signals a major shift among powerbrokers in the U.S.. The public debate among our thought leaders is no longer centered on whether UFOs/UAP exist, but on who has access to the full body of information regarding them and why it has not been shared with the public.

In another unexpected moment, former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton was asked about UFOs during a recent deposition related to the Epstein files. While she declined to provide further details about the question or her response, the mere fact that UFOs/UAP surfaced during a deposition run by the House Oversight Committee underscores how prominent this topic has become in Washington. (Incidentally, by pointing this out, I do NOT mean to endorse the fact that congressional members deposed Ms. Clinton; I’m just pointing up the extraordinary fact that UFOs are being discussed at this level).
In any event, sustained public engagement remains critical if we hope the Trump Administration will follow through on the president’s recent social media post. If you have not yet done so, I encourage you to take part in our updated call to action. Urge President Trump to continue prioritizing the UFO/UAP issue and ask him to issue a clear and decisive Executive Order. If you’ve already taken this action, please consider sharing it with your networks by forwarding this email.
Chris Sharp Talks About AARO on the Weaponized Podcast
Many of you know that I have been openly critical of the All-domain Anomaly Resolution Office, particularly during the tenure of its first director, Dr. Sean Kirkpatrick. AARO leadership has since shifted, first to Deputy Director Tim Phillips and more recently to Director Jon T. Kosloski. Given the history, I was especially interested in a recent interview conducted with journalist Chris Sharp on the Weaponized podcast.
Prior to the interview, Sharp had secured a conversation with former AARO Deputy Director Tim Phillips and pressed him on several key issues regarding AARO’s access, authority, and limitations. One noteworthy point raised in the interview was Phillips’ acknowledgement that AARO faced challenges in obtaining access to classified underwater sensor data stream information. That admission alone raises important questions about whether AARO has truly been given full visibility into the UFO/UAP picture, especially considering I know there are underwater UFO bases.
The Sharp interview offers valuable insight into the evolving role of AARO in the disclosure process. I encourage you to watch the full discussion and draw your own conclusions.
My Newest Spectravision Podcast
Although the UFO/UAP topic was not addressed in President Trump’s recent State of the Union speech, the speech itself carries important implications for the broader political landscape in which disclosure is unfolding.
In this week’s episode of Full Disclosure on Spectravision Radio, I share my initial analysis of the State of the Union address and examine how current national priorities intersect with the ongoing push for transparency. I also provide updates about the latest UFO/UAP developments from around the world.
I invite you to watch the full episode here.
Together, we create the future.
