Drawing from philosophy, legal standards of evidence, and a substantial record of government documentation, Nell argued that the UAP issue has already met serious evidentiary thresholds. In his view, the remaining obstacle is not a lack of proof but a lack of political accountability.
Nell’s presentation served as a timely reminder that disclosure is not about sensational claims, but about process, standards, and responsibility. If the evidence is sufficient to justify government action, then the path forward is clear. What is needed now is transparent oversight with enforceable accountability, not continued delay or deflection.
