Hollywood Disclosure Alliance Marks Its 200th Member

Beverly Hills, CA, JUNE/JULY 2025 -- The Hollywood Disclosure Alliance has announced that it has just secured its 200th member. The announcement was made by Dan Harary, The HDA’s Chairman/Co-Founder.

“Given that we are now only just a hair over 18 months old, I feel that having enrolled our 200th member is a real accomplishment,” Harary said. “As the world’s only non-profit organization dedicated to bringing real life people with remarkable stories together with gifted content creators who have the ability to bring those stories to a screen, the HDA can nurture and help develop the next era of feature films, TV shows and documentaries based on the real experiences of real people from around the world.”

Adds Stephen Bassett, Executive Director/Co-Founder of the HDA, said, “The HDA membership includes two impressive groups: an extensive roster of UAP/ET experiencers, researchers, and Disclosure advocates, as well as another large base of talented people working across every conceivable arena within the media: films, TV, documentaries, podcasting and radio. By networking these two previously disparate groups together, we can all help to change the world by bringing DISCLOSURE many steps closer to finally becoming a reality.”

ABOUT THE HOLLYWOOD DISCLOSURE ALLIANCE

Conceived in Spring 2023 and officially launched in November 2023, the Hollywood Disclosure Alliance has brought together a number of prominent Hollywood storytellers with many of the top UAP/UFO/ET researchers, advocates, authors, documentarians and thought leaders in the world. The goal of the group is to provide a more unified voice in the media leading up to and following what UAP researchers have long been waiting for – the end of the long-held U.S. government-imposed truth embargo – a term coined by Stephen Bassett in 1996 -- regarding the presence of extraterrestrial life long visiting Earth -- by confirmation from the President of the United States: DISCLOSURE.

A number of high-profile entertainment industry figures are members of the HDA, including Academy Award winner Shirley MacLaine; Actor Thomas Jane; Comic Actor/Podcaster Dave Foley; ET star/Actress Dee Wallace; Actress/Producer Dania Ramirez; and CNN Host Michael Ian Black. Additionally, many of the world’s most recognized UAP/UFO/ET researchers and experts are also founding members of the alliance, including Communion Author Whitely Strieber; Emmy Award winning UFO Researcher Linda Moulton Howe, Emmy Award winning radio broadcaster George Noory, Author Richard Dolan, Ancient Aliens TV series expert Nick Pope, Disclosure Advocate/Renowned Attorney Daniel Sheehan, Fire in the Sky author Travis Walton, and dozens more.

The Hollywood Disclosure Alliance was created in 2023 and co-founded by Dan Harary, a 40-plus-year veteran Hollywood publicist, owner of The Asbury PR Agency in Beverly Hills, and author of the popular, 2023 science fiction novel After They Came; and Stephen Bassett, a nearly 30-year “exopolitical activist” and founder of the Washington, DC-based Paradigm Research Group. Bassett made history in 1996 when he registered to lobby the U.S. Government regarding its policy of withholding from the American people the truth of an extraterrestrial presence long engaging the human race. It was the first such registration and soon caught the attention of the Washington Post.

The mission of the HDA is to be a “Content Creation Connector” and bridge a 78-year gap – which began with the Roswell UFO Crash in 1947 and was created by a government-imposed truth embargo under President Truman -- between entertainment industry professionals and a citizen-based group of researchers, advocates, journalists, documentarians and experiencers, who have long been ridiculed while laboring for decades with limited resources, despite government denials and even interference.

In addition to regularly held, in-person lectures and film/documentary screenings, online networking events, and social networking gatherings for its rapidly expanding group of founding members, the HDA also facilitates discourse via its notable presence -- through lectures, panels and on-site booths -- which are presented at a number of America’s leading UFO Conferences.

The HDA -- the only non-profit, 501 c 3 organization of its kind -- is actively seeking benefactors and donations from interested parties around the world. With successful future funding, the HDA plans to produce an annual awards dinner/ceremony and establish a “Hall of Fame” for pioneering UAP/UFO/ET researchers, experiencers and Disclosure Advocates.

Adds Mr. Bassett, “DISCLOSURE – perhaps the most profound event in human history, is at hand. The Congressional hearings in 2023, 2024, and earlier this year, are proof that dozens of members of the U.S. Government are intensely interested in getting to the bottom of the nearly 80-year-old truth embargo. The eight billion people living on Earth have a need to know and a right to know the history of our government’s having concealed the truth from them about extraterrestrial life. The efforts of hundreds of people -- from the military, from the intelligence arenas, from scientific labs, and from defense industry contractors -- currently stand at the ready to serve as whistleblowers before Congress, once Congress passes legislation to protect them.
