The U in UAP: What We Can Learn About Ourselves by Studying UAP

It All Connects! By Lisa Puzo Strickland, PhD

November 2025

We have drawn some obvious conclusions of late regarding the unidentified objects in our skies and the others who may be piloting them:

We learned from Professor Garry Nolan in September’s Wow! Signal that many of the recently witnessed so-called drones over military and commercial facilities cannot be brought down with a conventional electromagnetic pulse. So, they are not ours.

We know that “Technology derived from non-human sources could revolutionize clean energy and fundamentally alter the trajectory of human civilization,” as a journalist for Interesting Engineering explained. So, there is a race to catch the craft and crack the code.

And we all agree that we have the right to know the truth about the reality in which we live. So, we are losing our patience with those who continue to hide the truth.

While the majority of UAP engineers and researchers marinate in discussions of energy, propulsion, physics, and biologics, the rest of the UFO community is just trying to dig society out of a decades’ long cover-up (one driven by world governments and military institutions) while attempting to lessen the media’s grip on what humanity believes or denies.

Media conglomerates are, after all, quite skilled at withholding paradigm shifting information while controlling both a persistent gush of propaganda and an unhurried drip of validity.

But experts and enthusiasts alike are steadily taking the power away from the powers-that-be by creating our own path to understanding UAP and NHI, the latter now often referred to as the others.

Today, traditional Socratic questions persist…

Who am I? Where did I come from? What is my purpose?

But those questions have also evolved…

Who are they? Where did they come from? What is their purpose or why are they here?

And yet another layer has transpired, one that ushers the need to know who we are in relation to the others

Who am I now that their existence has been added to my reality? Where did I really come from? And has my purpose shifted with this new paradigm that includes life from elsewhere?

The UAP inquiry, therefore, is not just an investigation into non-human intelligence.

The UAP inquiry is, most importantly, an evaluation of ourselves.

WIDENING THE APERTURE

In a sense, this study has granted us a few revelatory liberties:

We get to speak seriously about previously unpopular topics like levitation, missing time, intuition, and telepathy – psionic elements associated with a UAP experience.

We have the newly acquired freedom to shed the burdening belief that humans are the top of the food chain, thus allowing us to revel in the knowing that ‘the others from elsewhere’ may in fact provide revelations that have remained unreachable through human means.

We can let go of petty divisions that have kept us muddied in the attempt to grasp hold of higher ideals and longer-term solutions.

And as we stare through our telescopes in search for something unearthly, we have the equal opportunity to microscopically peer at our own species and determine how we can become better, smarter, and kinder to each other and to our habitat.

By taking advantage of these liberties, we are essentially making the conscious effort to release old patterns that have stifled us philosophically and psychologically in order to embrace new frontiers of thought and action.

And it starts with yoU.

Because this era is as much about personal responsibility as it is about collective opportunity.

GOING FORWARD

The process of Disclosure is a slow reveal about all aspects of UAP and NHI. But it is also a comprehensive reveal about humankind.

And if we practice a renewed sensibility, we can learn transformative lessons from this endeavor:

That the art of intentional curiosity has a broadening effect, whereas burying our heads in resistance is limiting to both our psyche and development.

That humility fosters unity while fear, judgement, and disillusion are divisive.

And that when we each beta-test our personal beliefs and adjust them as needed, we have embarked on the first step toward reshaping our collective future.

The U in UAP is about you and it is for you. It is about me. It’s about the entirety of our species taking the opportunity to once again rise to a new occasion.
