MUFON Cases of Interest: Noah’s Ark and the Windmill

On Saturday, July 19th, at 3 PM, I will be moderating our annual Cases of Interest Presentation. These cases were either received in the previous year of 2024 or reported in 2024 but within a longer historical window. Here is one suite of three cases below I will be presenting.
MUFON Case # 139471
Date: January 4, 2009
Time: 2:30 AM EXACT!
Location: Abbey Stead, U.K.
Field Investigator: Dr. Robert Young
Noah’s Ark
This excellent case concerns a fellow driving down a highway near Abbey Stead, England close to the west coast and comes across a glowing moon colored Noah’s Ark 20 feet ahead of his car replete with clarity so intense it seems the witness could actually see the “planks” on the lofty animal carrying Biblical boat! What did he really see though?
Interestingly enough, at about 4 AM that night, about 200 miles away to the east, a power company’s wind turbine at their windmill farm near Lincoln, U.K. was obliterated by a low flying object. Locals claimed a UFO took out the windmill.
Better yet, we have receipts! Mainstream media backs us up about the turbine’s destruction that night! The Guardian, The Sun and Sky News all reported on the event!
MUFON’s investigation found another correlating case that night that suggests a far darker series of events including the possible abduction of a teen girl in another part of the U.K. It wasn’t another Noah’s Ark, however! But the Ark will return in our second case!
MUFON Case # 139471 occurred on Sunday, January 4, 2009 and was investigated by MUFON’s National Director for the U.K., Dr. Robert Young. And what a wild case it was!
The exact narrative to MUFON from the witness is presented here with nothing altered except for grammatical errors:
“Lit Up Moon colored Noah’s Arc hovering approx. 20 feet over the front of my car travelling in the same direction. Could see each individual plank of the ship and full details, as it swayed side to side at the same speed in the same direction for approx. 2 mins making no noise. It then disappeared. I was shocked at what I had seen at 2.30 AM in the morning after I had just locked the works up where I was night turn manager, and set off home.”

“I told family at home what I had seen and got the expected replies. The following day -front page in the national newspaper was a report of a UFO hitting a Wind-Turbine in Lincoln at approx. 4am that same morning? Lincoln as the crow flies is approx. 1 and half hours away!! HAVE NEVER HEARD OF ANY FURTHER INVESTIGATIONS -which I find astonishing TO SAY THE LEAST. I know what I saw with my own eyes and every detail of the ship/craft and my first reaction was a Laser beam show in Manchester? At 2.30am? I don’t think so-not sure of exact date but was in 2009-as reports will verify of the Wind Turbine.”
Noah’s Ark returns in August of the same year, 2009, a bit over 5,000 miles away in another hemisphere.

Location: Grant Washington – Moses Lake shoreline near Interstate Route 90
Date: August 10, 2009
Field Investigator: Timothy J. Ward
The witness states: “Both my ex-girlfriend and I are witnesses to the incident. A huge defined; to the plank, old model ship, like Noah's Ark description, with two skulls on the bow, (massive in size) hovered over Moses Lake direction as we were heading on a trip to her parents’ house. We pulled over to examine the sight.

So what is going on in these two cases. In both Noah’s Ark cases, the witness makes special mention of the apparition being so vivid that they could see the wooden “planks.” Irony shows that in the second case, Noah’s Ark presented over Moses Lake! How totally biblical! If neither case witnesses knew each other, and there is no indication they did, this is beyond an astounding coincidence the same year when never before of after had MUFON had any similar cases!
So what gives with the Arks? A hologram, perhaps? Is so by who? Holograms have become increasingly sophisticated but who would be projecting a moving hologram in front of a car in the middle of nowhere at 2:30 in the morning? Maybe a runaway Macy’s Day Parade Balloon? Just kidding but Amazon does sell Noah’s Ark balloons about 5 feet tall. Could one be attached to a car ahead of him? No. Road was empty. Perhaps a pair of Jungian Collective Unconscious hallucinations continents apart? Psychology isn’t able to answer that one yet. A Jaque Vallee-type Non-Human Intelligence (NHI) playing the trickster? I can’t rule it out. Obviously though, we are not looking at flying Noah’s Arks.

Let’s talk about the wind turbine next. An hour and a half after the Abbey Stead encounter, something took out a 300-foot-tall wind turbine with 65-foot blades at Ecotricity Corporation’s windfarm near Lincoln at Conisholme.
Dale Vance, a spokesman for Ecotricity told BBC Radio 4’s Today Show on January 8th when the story broke, “I reckon something the size of a cow would do it. If there is a rational explanation to it we will come up with it.”
Nothing has ever been reported as a follow up since although pieces of the wreckage were hauled off for forensic testing to the manufacturer Enercon.
Dozens of witnesses that night told The Sun newspaper and other outlets that flashing orange and yellow glowing spheres were seen that night near the windfarm. Possible orb UFOs?
According to The Sun, Dorothy Willows, driving in her car, stated, “The lights were moving across the sky towards the windfarm. Then I saw a low flying object (not described) skimming across the sky towards the turbines.” Noah’s Ark perhaps or maybe a multi-colored disc I shall report to you later!
Emily Bell who lived near the farm stated she saw, “massive balls of light with tentacles going down to the ground.” However, she claimed they were fireworks from her dad’s 80 birthday party. At 2:30 AM? Wouldn’t that annoy the neighbors just a bit? Also, remember that Dorothy Willows saw moving lights towards the wind turbines and also another object heading that way making the fireworks possibility less believable.
Did ball lightning take out the blades? Weather that night in Lincoln was a chilly 30 degrees F or (-1C). Mild 8 mph wind and fair skies. Not typical thunderstorm weather able to produce ball lightning but it was still a possibility, that is, until Dale Vance at Ecotricity ruled it out. Ecotricity’s initial possible explanation was ice may have formed on the blade or blades and flung off at one point striking one or more of the other blades. However, Dale Vance later ruled that explanation out also. He is where it gets weird however.
The Ecotricity Damaged Windmill
Several reports, including The Sun article from January 8th, state that one blade was damaged while a second blade was sheared off entirely and found lying on the ground. However, another report from The Sun stated, “substantial damage was caused to one of the blades in the 3-pronged mast and one blade weighing over 2 Tonnes was MISSING? “
Missing?!!! What? What is the true story? Did they find the blade at the foot of the tower or did they not? If they did not, there is a problem. If it was found at the base of the tower, then how did it suddenly not be there!!!! Where did the blade go? Why did the story change? If the blade disappeared, then “Houston, we have a problem!” Who took it?
From all accounts, there was no forensic evidence left behind unless we are not privy to it! If it was a meteor hit, surely, debris would be found. Debris would be certainly found if something else hit it, right? Nada! Nothing! No trace evidence! And no forensic evaluation since 2009 from anyone! Why? I can take a gander and say they don’t have a clue OR they know and the U.K. Government, who claimed this was not worth investigating as a national security issue, actually took the lead. This is simply conjecture but…!
Did they or did they not find the severed wind mill blade? If they did not, where did it go? Did mass media change their story from government pressure or did they find the severed blade at the bottom of the wind mill after missing it in initial searches? How do you miss a 65-foot wind mill blade at the bottom of a 300-foot tower in your initial investigations? Right? These people are not idiots. They are, however, savvy at covering up details of events that don’t wash properly with the general public’s perception of things!! This would be a perfect test case for them!
And that brings us to our third case! It occurred the same night as the wind mill take down. It also occurred in England! South of Abbey Stead on the west coast and, while it does not entail a Noah’s Ark encounter, the case is stunningly arcane and references the wind turbine takedown later that night on January 4, 2009!
Let’s go to the second British case on January 4th, the night the wind turbine got wrecked.
MUFON Case # 141366
Date: Jan 4, 2009,
Time: 11:05 PM
Location: Blackwood, U.K.
Field Investigator: Robert Spearing
The witness in MUFON Case # 141366 states her account occurred prior to the windmill takedown later that night. The female witness gave an account that was far more to the sinister side than the Noah’s Ark tale from Abbey Stead.
Here is the witness narrative:
“It's 2009 and I'm 14 years old (I am currently 29), it's late at night. My dad comes home abruptly with our dog who is terrified, and he reports he believes someone is following him.
I look out my bedroom window and I see a strange aircraft hovering (in) the sky headed southeast. It is like nothing I've seen before, black matte in colour with lights of every colour dancing around changing position and colour. I look closely with my binoculars and it appears to be somewhat saucer shaped but hanging in the air as if on it's side. It is silent. I open my window and shout out to the craft, "Hey, if you're aliens come back!" I turn and joke with my mum who stood to my right, thinking it's all a funny joke.

I turn back to the window and with my binoculars, the craft has stopped moving forwards and has turned on the spot 160 degrees left and is now headed directly towards our house.
I panic and close the curtains. My parents go to bed. It's a few minutes past 11 pm.
I lose time after this and the next thing I know it's 3 am and I'm on the landing on my hands and knees vomiting. My whole body is burning and shaking. I wake her, she picks me up and puts me in the bathroom where I continue to vomit blood.

At this point it felt like suddenly time stopped as mum completely froze and became unresponsive to anything around her, the room starts to shake and a blinding green light pours in through the bathroom window. I turn and look up in awe as I see this craft rise up and move over our house. I feel a wave of heat, it feels like there's a sound but I can't hear anything just the house shuddering.

“On waking I found my body covered in a silver substance (photo attached) and have some mild burns on my body which later reviewed by my local GP said they 'seemed similar to radiation burns'.

The girl in Blackwood saw a multi-colored disc. Why would a multi-colored disc, if we are dealing with the same object, try to camouflage itself by appearing as Noah’s Ark or vice versa? Wouldn’t a multi-colored disc shaped UFO camouflage itself invisibly? It is imbecilic on the surface. What if it was intentional however?
What if it was a nonsense message, at least one we do not understand, by a non-human intelligence?
If we rule out on the mundane side:
1. Balloons
2. Jungian Collective Unconscious dealings
3. Runaway Macy’s Day Parade balloons or Children’s Noah’s Ark Balloons on Amazon
4. Ball Lightning
5. Ice
6. Fireworks
Then what are we left with?
1. An anomaly that leaves trace evidence residue of a glistening nature on the body of the child witness
2. Possible missing time
3. Possible abduction
4. Physical torment including vomiting of blood
5. Multiple witness accounts of a disc shaped flying saucer, not horizontal, but sideways in a vertical position contrary to most reports in the MUFON and other Databases.
6. Two accounts of an apparition of a Noah’s Ark seen 7 months apart, 5,000 miles away on different continents in the same year
7. A matte back disc with multi-colored lights in England 163 highway miles or a bit over 3 hours traveling time northeast from the witness in case 141366 to the wind farm approximately 4 and a half hours earlier.
8. A green been beam of light engulfing an entire house the night of the windmill destruction and possible unearthly dealings with a teen female
9. A green beam possibly decontaminating an abduction victim prior to taking as blue/green light disinfects.
10. A third case occurring on January 4th, the night of the Abbey Stead Noah’s Ark sighting and wind turbine takedown but with a disc
11. What happened to the missing 65-foot blade that either was or was not found at the base of the damaged 300-foot-tall wind turbine station?
12. Who would steal a 65-foot wind turbine blade after colliding with it?
13. Why no media follow up on forensic tests?
14. Was it a cow that flew over the moon that looked like Noah’s Ark and collided with a windmill?
What happened on January 4th and August 10th, 2009? I don’t know. Do you?
