The PDM? You Say It’s Your Birthday! Happy Birthday To Ya!

During this month of October 2025, The People’s Disclosure Movement (PDM) joyfully celebrates its 15th birthday. Additionally, the Global CE-5 Initiative, which is but one part of the PDM, also begins its 16th year of making CE-5 human-initiated, interactive contact with Star People who are visiting on and near our Earth.
This ever-expanding People’s movement is comprised of more than a million humans who are found within its networks within networks within networks all over the planet.
HAPPY BIRTHDAY to all of you/us with hopes of many more, many more celebrations to come!
I want to give a Cosmic Shout Out to all of the great human Experiencers who have built this historic movement with their hearts and minds. Gratitude. Heartfelt thanks.
THE PERSONAL JOURNEY - WHAT I HAVE LEARNED
The growth of our Experiencer PDM has been an exciting, predictable AND unpredictable journey for me. When the Star People assisted me in starting the monthly Global CE-5 contact events, I did it with a faith in their guidance and in the positive future we all envision for eventual Disclosure and Full Open Contact.
Internet outreach to Experiencers began immediately in 2010 after the Star People asked for my contribution to building a larger contact movement.
That outreach was immediate and powerful It was my joy to connect with Experiencers and make new friends online. And in person through ET contact retreats.
I did not expect to be interviewed by UAP-related podcasters and hosts of live online/offline as much as turned out to be the case. I happily made more friends among thought-leaders and reached a wider Experiencer audience who was inspired by the idea that we are a MOVEMENT!
I also didn’t expect to hear the voluminous *variety* of ET contact narratives. Wow! It became clear that Star People contact - personal contact - has been going on way more than we have been told. In so many ways!
Along the way, it was amazing at the further Star People contact that came my way in many locales under many differing conditions. This continued to be personal proof that CE-5 WORKS.
Also unexpected and welcomed was learning that there were CE-5 networks within networks within networks expanding over the planet! I corresponded with thousands of people - learning, teaching, growing.
It was a relief to find out that most of my friends and family and colleagues were open to the idea of UAP/ET and so understood my passion. I well KNOW that sadly this is not the case for many people in our PDM movement. So, it’s with gratitude that in my little world there was support for my PDM mission.
At one point during these past 15 years, I was deflated for a number of reasons. One of the burning and uncomfortable questions was: “Who am I in this life and body? Who? Who?”
The answer came from my Higher Self: “Your heart will tell you who you are.”
THAT phrase has been the fuel core that still burns and animates me. That phrase is what I offer to anyone who has inner doubts.
It’s all about the Love - personal and planetary. The PDM is in truth a spiritual journey of aspirational human consciousness which seeks to meet the Cosmic Lives on and near our Earth who seek our company. This is a love that seeks the “Highest Good for the Greatest Number.”
When my Star Friends stated that in 2019, our PDM -- our Global CE-5 movement -- had reached and exceeded a tipping point. I was joyous along with them. From that tipping point forward, they said our movement is unstoppable. It’s a snowball rolling downhill that cannot be stopped. No institution of authority can ever again cover-up their presence among us.
Love wins.
