The Un-X Network Announces Paranormal Writing Contest
Kansas City, Missouri, June 2025 -- The Un-X Network is hosting a Paranormal Writing Contest for 2025. Those who wish to participate in this contest are asked to submit their paranormal short stories, real or imagined, to the Un-X Network by August 1, 2025.
The winner will have their story published in Un-X Magazine and will receive a box of prizes including: a hard copy of Un-X Magazine with their story; stickers; a paranormal journal; two tickets to X-Con Virtual 2025; and two books: Gateway to the Dead by Margie Kay, and How to Research a Haunted House by Margie Kay and Violet Wisdom. Shipping will be included in the U.S. only.
RULES:
Participants must be 18 years of age or older.
Un-X Network Staff are not eligible.
Word count: 1,000 - 1,500 words
Send as a Word doc only, using 12 pt Garamond type
Photos appreciated, but not necessary
For those who participate, please note: The Un-X Network may use your story in any manner and in perpetuity. If enough stories are entered, they may be included in a book by Un-X with full credit to each of the authors.
