The People’s Disclosure Movement is comprised of over one-million people globally. Says Kosta, “You may join us from wherever you are located! We link with each other across the planet using our imaginations, open minds, and open hearts in a ‘virtual’ event. During this Global CE-5 Initiative event, participants need to bring only their goodwill from wherever they are located, and at whichever time they choose to make ‘Cosmic Contact’ on July 26.”
“CE-5” is an abbreviation for “Close Encounters of the 5th Kind,” which is human-initiated and interactive contact with NHI.
Star People Contact Events - now in their 15th year of interactive monthly gatherings – draw tens of thousands of individuals and groups together as they make a united, loving approach to benevolent Star Civilizations comprised of Star People who are present on and near the Earth.

According to Kosta, moving forward since 2019, the Star People have described The People’s Disclosure Movement momentum as a ‘snowball rolling downhill that is unstoppable.’ This movement has already exceeded every expectation the Star People had when they initiated it in 2010.
The mission of The People’s Disclosure Movement is to declare that the past, nearly 80 years of UFO/UAP coverup by the governments and militaries of the world is over. No institution or authority can ever again cover up the reality of the presence of Cosmic Civilizations visiting mankind.
