News from The New Paradigm Institute: A Look at the Nazca Mummies

A new extended Reality Check segment with Ross Coulthart takes a close look at the controversial Nazca mummies. In this episode, Coulthart examines multiple sets of alleged mummified bodies found in Peru, including specimens described as having reptilian-like scaly skin but humanoid characteristics.
Ross was granted direct access to three different sets of mummies and interviewed key researchers studying two of them, including anthropologist Dr. Robert Zuniga and scientist David Ruiz Vela. Each expert maintains that he is personally certain that at least the large specimens of these mummies are the remains of authentic biological beings that were once alive, and each vigorously rejects claims that the bodies have been fabricated from human or animal remains.
However, significant skepticism still remains among other researchers, particularly in the United States, highlighting the need for rigorous peer review and further scientific analysis. My Appearance on Beyond Strangeness Podcast
Lastly, I recently joined the Beyond Strangeness podcast for a wide-ranging conversation about the current state of UFO/UAP disclosure and the growing battle over this issue unfolding in Washington. We explored whistleblowers, congressional dynamics, reverse engineering programs, and the deeper philosophical implications of contact with non-human intelligence.
Concern for Missing Major General William Neil McCasland
One development we’ve been monitoring is the disappearance of Major General William Neil McCasland.
Major General William Neil McCasland
McCasland is known in some UFO/UAP circles for his past role as a consultant to Tom DeLonge and the To The Stars Academy. Although he has been retired for more than 13 years, his disappearance has sparked considerable online speculation about whether he may have had deeper connections to alleged legacy UFO programs. Journalist Ross Coultheart has been quoted as saying, “The fact that Gen. Neil McCasland has disappeared off the face of the earth is a grave national security crisis for the United States of America. This is a man with some of the most sensitive secrets of the United States in his head.”
In response to this speculation, his wife recently issued a public statement clarifying that McCasland was not meaningfully involved in UFO/UAP-related activities during his career. At the same time, many UFO/UAP researchers have noted that individuals connected to highly classified programs would not typically disclose such involvement publicly or to their spouses without proper authorization.
At this stage, the most important issue is the safety and well-being of Major General McCasland. Our thoughts and positive energy are with the McCasland family, and we sincerely hope he’s found safe and well.
Rep. Eric Burlison on Weaponized
Representative Eric Burlison (R-MO) has been making a series of appearances on podcasts, keeping people informed of the progress on disclosure. For example, he recently joined Jeremy Corbell and George Knapp on the Weaponized podcast for a revealing conversation about his ongoing UFO/UAP efforts in Congress.
Burlison spoke candidly about the limits of what he can publicly share while also expanding on his recent visit to a sensitive military facility widely reported to be Naval Air Station Patuxent River (Pax River). He declined to confirm the Pax River location directly and made clear he is continuing to pursue access to additional alleged UFO/UAP military sites.
During the interview, Burlison addressed difficult questions about the secrecy surrounding the Legacy Program. He acknowledged the possibility that individuals involved in these programs go to extreme lengths to “keep the secrets hidden,” and he stated that serious crimes may have been committed under the cover of national security.
