From Columbus to Today: New Documentary by Darcy Weir Explores Puerto Rico’s Long UFO and USO Legacy

Calgary, Alberta, Canada, August -- Seasoned UAP-focused producer, director, and writer Darcy Weir presents his latest documentary film, entitled Puerto Rico’s UAPs, which uncovers Puerto Rico’s centuries-long history as a UFO and USO hotspot. From the days of Christopher Columbus to modern sightings, this groundbreaking project sheds light on the island’s deep connection to the unexplained.

In this new investigation, Weir teamed up with Puerto Rican UAP researcher Andy Marcial to explore a newly leaked UAP video from a Department of Homeland Security (DHS) agent. Together, they analyze credible government footage, collect stunning photographs from witnesses, and interview locals who have experienced alien encounters firsthand.

This documentary goes beyond typical UFO storytelling, offering exclusive testimony, leaked evidence, and expert analysis that push the conversation forward.

In related news, Weir recently joined investigative journalist Ross Coulthart on his show Reality Check to discuss the film and challenge the credibility of AARO’s explanation of the famous 2013 Aguadilla UAP footage. That discussion can be viewed here: Watch the Interview

Weir’s new film not only explores the Aguadilla case but also delves into other stories emerging from the island—presenting Puerto Rico as a central hub in the global UAP and NHI mystery.
