The UAP Disclosure Act and a Prophetic Red Star

On June 21, 2025, Operation Midnight Hammer sent American B-2 bombers equipped with GBU-57 bunker busters and Tomahawk cruise missiles to attack Iran’s nuclear facilities, destroying much of their weaponry arsenal and enriched uranium supply.
This “largest B-2 operational strike in U.S. history,” according to Air Force General Dan Caine, Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, showed U.S. alignment with Israel and demonstrated America’s capability to conduct a highly sophisticated and system-wide covert offensive.
Iran’s attempt at retaliation against the U.S. quickly led to a ceasefire between Israel and Iran which is still holding at the time of this writing. But we wait and see.
This then begs the question:
How would the Israel-Iran conflict affect the progress of the UAPDA?
THE UAPDA:
The UAP Disclosure Act is currently making its way through legislative hallways in hopes of gaining attachment to the NDAA, the National Defense Authorization Act. This attachment would ensure the UAPDA’s passing.
Besides getting the ball rolling toward the long-awaited full Disclosure of unidentified anomalous phenomena (UAP) and non-human intelligence (NHI), the UAPDA, if passed, would accomplish three key tasks:
First, it would grant the U.S. government eminent domain over non-human made materials discovered in the United States.
Secondly, it would establish a control group of individuals who would manage access to the retrieved materials as well as gatekeep the flow of UAP-related information.
And thirdly, the UAPDA would set an essential legal framework for UAP and NHI incidents and dialogues.
To the concerns that the Middle East conflict, as well as the ongoing Russia-Ukraine war, may possibly distract legislative eyes from the UAPDA and thus prevent its enactment, we can look to recent history to illustrate how the disruptive topic of Disclosure can effectively exist within a chaotic narrative, such as one triggered by international discord.
THE PRECEDENT:
The United States government has a history of connecting less popular agendas to higher profile initiatives, as happened in 2020. Attached to the Intelligence Authorization Act was a “committee comment” that required the Pentagon to release everything it knew about UAP and NHI.
While the Pentagon’s supposed findings did not offer sufficient transparency, the attachment established the USG’s ability - and tendency - to tuck one conversation, in this case the UAP “comment”, under the wing of another, the wide-ranging intelligence budget. This effectively set a precedential path forward for the UAPDA.
Keep in mind that in 2020 the world was hyper-distracted by the coronavirus.
Today, the current conflicts in the Middle East are nabbing worldwide attention and increasing the military’s necessity for secrecy and distractions. So, functionally, the admittance of non-terrestrial life could work to shift public scrutiny away from heated overseas hostilities and operations.
Or, and equally plausible, the media coverage of these operations could dampen Disclosure’s social and psychological impact amidst other pressing concerns.
Either way, the climate is primed for some degree of Disclosure to occur, whether this year or in the near future. Just ask Chris Bledsoe.
THE ORBS:
As a UAP/NHI experiencer, the best-selling author of UFO of God, and member of the Hollywood Disclosure Alliance, Chris Bledsoe has unsurprisingly become a popular media go-to resource.
NewsNation journalist Ross Coulthart recently asked Bledsoe about messages he has received from “The Lady”, an apparition-like NHI presence who has frequently visited the North Carolina resident and his family since 2012.
One message relayed by Bledsoe to Coulthart warned of UAP orbs appearing upon the initial exchange of missiles between Israel and Iran. The orb sightings did indeed transpire in 2024 around the same time the launchings heightened, according to various whistleblowers.
The U.S. military responded at that time by sending up drones to deflect the orb presence and avoid “catastrophic disclosure” which is Disclosure by NHI themselves. The last thing the U.S. government wants is for Disclosure to be out of their messaging control.
Interestingly, orbs and UAP sightings have, of late, become quite commonplace over Israel and Iran, as well as over Russia and Ukraine.
THE FUTURE:
Another message Chris received from The Lady included the occurrence of an upcoming astronomical event that has been verified as imminent by legitimate astronomers.
“The Lady explained to me that in April 2026…(the) blue star of Regulus will appear on the horizon in front of the Sphinx (in Egypt) and it will appear red. …And when that happens, it will mark a shift into a new knowledge.”
This aligns with the Hopi prophecy that states the Red Star Kachina, also known as The Great Purifier, will appear after the Blue Star and be a harbinger of radical changes followed by a time of rebirth and harmony.
Regulus is not a single star, but a cluster of stars that have long held deep spiritual meaning. One source says that Regulus is “the guardian of the northern cosmic gate which holds vibrations said to activate our highest chakras.”
In addition, the Latin meaning for Regulus is little king or prince, leading some to speculate that its appearance may denote the second coming of Jesus Christ.
But Chris warns that this “new knowledge” may not portend a religious event nor an apocalypse, but potentially a significant archaeological discovery – or the full Disclosure of other advanced forms of intelligence.
FOR NOW:
Like Operation Midnight Hammer, the United States government and military have maintained a highly sophisticated and system-wide covert program when it comes to UAP and NHI - and has done so for over eight decades.
But with multitude organizations and experts pushing for the passing of the UAPDA, recent orb sightings, and an upcoming astronomical event that ironically indicates some kind of conscious awakening, it makes one wonder if our species has arrived at a consequential fork in the road:
One trek would lead us toward continued chaos and the perpetuation of the Truth Embargo. The other trek, however, would lift humankind to more peaceful times – and the long-awaited truth and transparency of UAP/NHI which, of course, the passing of the UAPDA would help foster.
Which path will humanity take? Again, we wait and see.
